There are no refunds on tuning purchases under any circumstance.
Tuning services have a period of 15 business days to reach completion once the first revision is sent. Any changes, log review, updates, revisions, diagnostic, etc… outside of this time period will require purchasing a re-tune, or time period extension.
Basic and Intermediate tuning services are not eligible for live/dyno/on-site tuning. Advanced level tuning has 2 options, normal base map and e-mail revisions or a single 4 hour time block for live tuning.
