KYLETUNEDIT LLC RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may be eligible to return it to us for a refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days from the date of receipt. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels attached and in original packaging.
To return an item, email [email protected] and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, securely place the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. DO NOT ship an item back without an RMA number assigned to it by KYLETUNEDIT staff. Tracking must be provided. DO NOT ship a package to us without providing tracking.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) business days from receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstance:
- Any item that has been damaged, opened, installed and/or used
- Software or “Tuning Files” once they have been sent to you
- Any “Custom Tuning Services” once rendered
- Special order items
- Deposits for travel, tuning, or manufacturing
