Tuning Appointments
Beginning in 2026, we moved away from the tuning model we had been using since the beginning in order to better serve our customers and manage expectations properly. We are no longer using an email log review and revision workflow, and instead, will only be offering tuning services with scheduled appointments.
- All previous KYLETUNEDIT Tuning customers may schedule an appointment if their tune has not been completed.
- Each tuning purchase includes a specific amount of allotted time, which will be tracked during appointments and support.
- Additional time blocks may be purchased and applied if time is depleted. No services will be performed until then.
- The time allotment for each tuning purchase is non-refundable and credit is not given for unused time.
- Base maps do not count towards the time allotment, but diagnostic and other support do count against it.
Time Allotment
- Basic/TCU = 2 hours total
- Intermediate = 6 hours total
- Advanced = 10 hours total

Scheduling links
- Basic / TCU / Revisit – Single 2 hour session
- Intermediate – 3 hour sessions – may be separate or 2 on the same day
- Advanced – 5 hour sessions – must be on separate days, can be 2 days in a row
