Audi C7/D4 4.0 TFSI Methanol Injection Spacers

The meth injection spacer plates are installed in between the intake manifold center plenum and the side intake manifolds. Refer to the OEM repair manual for disassembly/assembly instructions. Below you will find a list of notes which are modifications or extra steps needed.

The 3 PCV grommet locations need to be trimmed to fit the extensions. (Green circles)
Trim the plastic tabs (green line) flush with the ends of the orange grommets using a sharp pair of wire cutters.
The PCV relocation brackets are installed with the thread boss pointing down.
Billet PCV Spacers are installed over the air/oil separator bungs with lubrication on the grommets before re-installing the air/oil separator.
Spacer installed on LH side along with the included longer coolant reservoir hose, elbow, and tee.
Silicone hoses are trimmed ~35mm for most setups, please verify length between your turbos/throttle body before cutting.
