These parts will allow you to install methanol injection safely on your 4.0 TFSI engine without drilling holes or risking cracks in the plastic manifolds. The front y-pipe will be spaced out approximately 19mm.
Kit includes:
- Right and left methanol injection spacer plates
- PCV air/oil separator spacers
- OEM intake manifold and pcv seals
- Mounting support brackets for the heat exchanger collector box
- Longer silicone hoses with hose clamps (these may be cut to length to accommodate different setups)
- Miscellaneous bolts, hoses, and clamps for a trouble free installation
Note:
The methanol injection nozzles will be located in intake manifold vacuum, so a shutoff solenoid or suitable check valves able to resist full manifold vacuum must be used to prevent siphoning.
