Audi 4.0 TFSI Methanol Injection Spacer Kit

These parts will allow you to install methanol injection safely on your 4.0 TFSI engine without drilling holes or risking cracks in the plastic manifolds. The front y-pipe will be spaced out approximately 19mm.

Kit includes:

• Right and left methanol injection spacer plates
• PCV air/oil separator spacers
• OEM intake manifold and pcv seals
• Mounting support brackets for the heat exchanger collector box
• Longer silicone hoses with hose clamps (these may be cut to length to accommodate different setups)
• Miscellaneous bolts, hoses, and clamps for a trouble free installation

Note:

The methanol injection nozzles will be located in intake manifold vacuum, so a shutoff solenoid or suitable check valves able to resist full manifold vacuum must be used to prevent siphoning.
